A 2 hour session giving employees an insight and overview of their company’s incoming drug and alcohol misuse management programme the drug and alcohol testing programme delivered in collaboration with OdiliaClark. The session covers what the incoming policy means for the workforce as well as what the testing process involves and some insight into substance misuse and impairment.

Explains the impact of the new policy to the business and employees and why the business is implementing such a policy.
